My Graphic Design Journey

I’m thrilled to share my journey as a self-made graphic designer! Since 2019, I’ve dedicated myself to learning through online platforms like Coursera, Udemy, and Skillshare, mastering design theory and software tools. My love for design ignited while creating visuals for dance events at my dance school in Cape Verde and during my time as a physics and chemistry teacher at high school.

Now living in Portugal, I’ve solidified my skills with a graphic design course at Master D technical school in 2023/24. I’m also proud to have won a logo and Brand kit competition for the Skill Box brand, early 2025, which is set to launch a new pack of courses!

My background as a physics and chemistry teacher has sharpened my attention to detail and my ability to explain concepts clearly. On the other hand, my passion for dance has made me more outgoing, allowing me to connect and communicate effortlessly with others. Together, these experiences enhance my overall communication skills!
